Music Monday: Two Is Better Than One

I felt so guilty for not having updated this blog for over a month! Things are just so busy nowadays ~~ the year end reports, the house construction, and the approaching tax season. Then, there was a problem with the internet at home, which makes it difficult for me to go online. Anyway, I am so glad to make it to the blogosphere once again, and I am really hoping the internet at home would finally be on its continuing basis, lol!

The first day of the week is here again and so I am much delighted to share with you a very nice song from Boys Like Girls, which is called Two Is Better Than One. Yay! It's Monday once again... time to feature another lovely song. The song I am sharing is a birthday song by Corrinne May. Thanks to a friend who sent the link to me, I am listening to this song right now with a big smile painted on my lips.

Finally, I have gotten back myself to participate on Music Monday! It has been really a very long time since I have featured a song in this blog.

Anyway, I am going to share with you a song from Steven Curtis Chapman, the person who sang the romantic song for couples 'I Will Be Here'. This song is called Cinderella, which I though at first is a love song. But as I listened to it again and again (its melody by the way is so nice and comforting), I realized the song tells about a father and daughter.

Sandara and Cass Beer

I have been a Herosan (Hero-Sandara) follower way way back their Star Circle Quest days. I remembered very well I was still pregnant with my second kid that time, and I never fail to watch the episodes of the reality search show.

Anyway, Sandara has gone back to Korea and as far far as stardom is concerned, she has already become a sensation in Korea. Being part of the famous Korean group 2ne1, Sandara further soared high via her recent commercial featuring a beer brand in Korea. She is paired with no less than Lee Min Hoo (Gu Jun Pyo) of the very renowned Boys over Flower teleseries, and I must admit they are quite a lovely and promising pair.

I am hoping they would be given a big break and entertainment bigwigs at Korea would elevate their pairing to the big screen or a television series.

Music MOnday: Who Am I?

There are a lot of things I should be grateful to God about, and that includes the wonderful life I am living right now. Complaints often comes out of my lips every time pain and anxieties are felt, never realizing that I am lucky compared to the many unfortunate individuals around the globe.

Great things have come my way lately - - the championship, extra income, bonus, and well, I lost weight! Salary increase is said to be on the way again for all government workers, so what more should I ask for? God has truly blessed me and my family.

The song featured for this week will detail my gratitude to Him, for all He has done. Without Him, I am definitely nothing.

It has been several Mondays already that I have not participated in Music Monday. It was because I haven't got the time to look for videos of those songs I wanted to feature brought about by the hectic schedule of volleybll practice and tax season. A Walk To Remember is the all-time favorite movie of mine. It is one film that never fails to make me cry over and over again. It's Monday again and it means another music feature. Well, this week is pretty exciting because Valentines Day is just 6 days away. Before we knew it, we have reached the end of the week and it's already the day for lovers!

So, who among you guys like Ne-Yo? Well, I like him because I like RnB songs to begin with. Plus, he has lots of cool songs which I really don't mind listening to - - Sexy Love, Miss Independent, Because of You, Hate That I Love You, and so much more.

My feature for this week is a new song from Ne-Yo, though I really don't know if it is his latest. I heard this song over the waves recently and thought it is a lovely song, intended for married couples.

Music Monday: Sailing

Last Monday, I was not able to join the Music Monday because I was on a trip. Well, I went with hubby to a nearby city four hours away from ours, to watch the live concert of Christopher Cross. It was my first time to watch a concert coming from a foreign artist and I am really glad that I did! I like the songs of Christopher Cross and he has such smooth and soft voice, which has never faded across time. Watching the concert was just like listening to his CDs, the voice was still all the same.

My most favorite Christopher Cross song is Sailing, hence, my feature for this week's Music Monday.
